The All Terrain Electric Skateboard

This is the all-terrain electric skateboard that carries riders over beaches, forest trails, and gravel paths with large, knobby tires at adrenaline-saturated speeds up to 19 mph. Powered by a 36-volt battery, the skateboard's 800-watt motor provides enough speed to propel riders up to 330 lbs. over flats and hills, while the flexible trucks respond to rider weight shifts for sweeping 8' turns. Riders manage the skateboard's speed using a handheld wireless remote that uses digital proportional technology; pulling the trigger accelerates while a forward push engages the electronic brake for controlled stops--the engine cuts off when a rider steps off the board. At a hefty 65 lbs., its classic longboard design 10 1/4" wide deck is constructed from 12-ply maple textured on the surface for a reliable footing. Its off-road suspension cushions the bumps of vigorous riding. The motor can be disengaged for un-powered coasting while riding. The rechargeable battery can be removed and provides a range of 10 miles from a four-hour charge using the included AC adapter. Speed can be limited to 10,15, or 19 mph.
