Product Story
This electric sharpener restores the factory sharpness of knives and shears in two minutes. Unlike typical models that only sharpen one side of a knife blade at a time, this superior sharpener has interlocking diamond wheels that hone both sides of the edge simultaneously. The device holds knives at the correct angle for optimal sharpness and it creates a patented precision machined edge that combines the sharpness of a hollow ground edge with the durability of a flat ground edge. A finishing slot polishes a freshly ground edge or sharpens serrated blades, and the side-mounted sharpening stone hones shears and left- or right-handed scissors. Plugs into AC. 9 1/2" L x 7" W x 4 1/2" D. (4 3/4 lbs.)
