This is the heart rate monitor that speaks your pulse readings, eliminating the need to look at a display during workouts. ECG heart rate readings and warnings for when your heart rate is above or below your target zone are spoken in a clear voice through the included earbud headphones every one to five minutes. A chest strap continuously measures your pulse rate and wirelessly sends readings to a cell-phone sized receiver. The receiver, which also plays MP3s, clips to your waist to remain unobtrusive during workouts and relays information through the earbuds. It pauses music to relay heart rate information and automatically resumes the song. The MP3 player has 1 GB of memory that stores up to 200 songs.
