This is the electric kettle that froths and heats milk and melts chocolate shavings to make authentic, frothy hot chocolate. Unlike a steam wand or stovetop cooking that can scald milk, the unit's induction heater automatically warms the milk to the preset temperature between 120º F and 180º F while simultaneously whipping it into thick, rich foam. The lid opens during the heating process for adding cocoa powder, caramel sauce, or instant coffee.
