The Eyestrain Reducing Computer Lamp

This is the desk lamp that helps combat eyestrain caused by extended viewing of a computer monitor. The lamp's 13-watt compact fluorescent bulb produces bright white light (6400º K color temperature) recommended by industrial lighting experts for illuminating a work area without washing out a computer monitor's display. A switch on the lamp's base adjusts the light's intensity from 50-70 foot candles (ideal for LCD monitors) to 20-50 foot candles, which is better suited for use with CRT screens.
