Designed in conjunction with world-renowned Neuro-acoustic expert Dr. Jeffrey Thompson, the generator comes pre-loaded with 19 digital sounds recorded in the field, such as ocean surf, spring rain, song birds, and bamboo chimes. By blocking disruptive background noise, the unit encourages relaxation and can help reset the body's internal clock to combat jet lag. The sound generator can be set to run continuously, or with three timed settings (30, 60, or 90 minutes) that gradually decrease its volume. More than a sleep aid, the device is a full-featured alarm clock with snooze button, calendar, voice memo recorder, and back-lit LCD that switches from home to travel time at the push of a button.
