Product Story
This is the indoor roaster that perfectly cooks everything from tuna steaks to Dover sole without filling the kitchen with smoke or a fishy smell. A platinum catalytic filter in the lid reacts with odor- and smoke-causing particles to eliminate 90% of these byproducts. The countertop roaster has a wide stainless steel rack that accommodates whole fish or fillets, and upper and lower heating elements that work simultaneously to cook fish quickly and evenly so the flesh is moist and the skin is crispy. The roaster has a built-in timer and comes with a slotted fish spatula, and the rack is removable for easy cleanup. Plugs into AC. 19" L x 11 1/2" W x 7 3/4" D. (11 lbs.)
