The Carbon Fiber Calendar Watch

This is the analog calendar wristwatch with a case made from carbon fiber, one of the lightest yet strongest materials available, and it’s only available from Hammacher Schlemmer. With the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any watch case material, carbon fiber weighs half as much as aluminum yet is three times as strong, which is why it is sought so frequently for use in aircraft and racing cars. This watch’s carbon fiber case protects a precisely accurate Myota quartz movement while its mineral crystal dome protects a layered carbon fiber watch face that uses luminous hands and indexes to indicate the hours. Calendar subfaces at the noon and six o’clock positions display the day of the week and date. Its stainless steel bezel ring is marked in five-minute increments while its stainless steel case back provides splash resistance.
