This is the world’s only four-wheeled rowing cycle. Invented by Scott Olson, creator of Rollerblade inline skates, it’s propelled forward by rowing with the patented handlebar, which transmits power to a chain-driven gear centered on the rear axle. It combines the full-body workout of a rowing machine with the exhilarating ride of a recumbent quadcycle, enabling one to complete a fluid stroking motion that exercises the heart, core, and limbs amidst ever-changing scenery and outdoor terrain. Mounted to the quadcycle’s handcrafted aluminum frame, the textured handlebar ensures a secure grip and features a thumb-operated gearshift that controls its seven-speed derailleur. Providing superior traction with minimal rolling resistance, the 2 1/4" W x 20" diam. tires are halted with front and rear caliper hand brakes that provide confident stops in various weather conditions.
