The collection includes Gerard & Dominique’s signature European-style smoked salmon lox, wild coho gravlax, salmon mousse, Alaskan smoked sea scallops, smoked Idaho rainbow trout, and sablefish, a treat previously available only in restaurants. All Gerard & Dominique products are hand-processed from impeccable fish of optimal color, texture, and flavor. The fish is then lightly smoked over hardwood and fruitwood for delicate and subtle layers of flavor. Each item is individually packaged so you can enjoy them separately or together. (1 1/2 lbs.)
