This is the kit that provides the essential ingredients for making authentic Tuscan pizzas at home. The Pugi family and their team of local culinary experts and artisans carefully source ingredients only from farms and workshops in the region’s zones of specialization to assure the finest quality. The kit includes 21/4 lbs. of premium quality wheat flour specially made for pizza, a 4 oz. bottle of extra virgin olive oil, pitted black Italian olives, spices, and tomato sauce. The one inedible—yet essential—ingredient is a wooden mattarello to roll the dough into the signature thin crust that one might enjoy at a Florence pizzeria. Your pizza creation is then ready for topping with your own cheeses, meats, vegetables, and seasonings. Makes six medium size pizzas.
