This is the ultra high-definition camcorder that records video at a resolution that’s 4X higher than 1080p. The camcorder‘s 3,840 x 2,160 resolution has 6.2 million more pixels than typical HD video, producing the clearest, most vivid video available. It uses an 8.3 megapixel image sensor and the same image processor found in professional video cameras to capture video at 60 frames per second and 4K resolution, allowing it to capture rapidly moving subjects at ultra high definition. It has a 20X optical zoom, 5/32"-37/32" focal length, and a 3 1/2" color LCD with digital guides for centering, lighting, and focusing. Its low-dispersion aspheric lens captures subtle qualities of definition and color. Video is stored on an XQD media card (included; optimal for ultra high definition video recording) that holds up to 50 minutes of ultra high definition or 150 minutes of 1080p video. Also compatible with SD cards. Includes an HDMI cable, USB cable, and lens hood. Rechargeable battery provides 12 hours of power after a four-hour charge.
