The Genuine Fighter Pilot Sunglasses

These are the sunglasses that have been issued to millions of U.S. military personnel. Specifically worn by fighter pilots because they are designed to fit under a flight helmet or headset, they are still made in the same complex in Southbridge, Massachusetts where they were originally developed by American Optical Company. The lenses are made of polished, distortion-free optical glass treated for impact- and scratch-resistance. A flash coating provides glare reduction while maintaining optical clarity--they also provide 98% UVA/100% UVB protection. The nickel-based 52mm size frames use wire temples. Includes case. (1 oz.)
