Product Story
This is the cookware that preserves food's moisture as it cooks in a microwave. The cookware's patented ceramic coating converts a microwave's electromagnetic waves (which dry food out) into far infrared energy that quickly cooks food while retaining its moisture. The 1 1/2-qt. capacity vessel holds up to two 8-oz. chicken breasts or fish filets and can be filled with water, wine, or broth to infuse food with flavor and moisture as it cooks. The cookware eliminates the need to thaw frozen food prior to cooking and comes with a removable steaming rack. For microwaves with at least 0.7' cu. interiors. Hand wash. 10 2/3" Diam. x 5 1/2" H.
