This is the springform pan that has a built-in water basin for baking the perfect cheesecake. Eliminating the need for a hot-water bath and avoiding show-stopping splashes of boiling water into batter, this pan has a watertight compartment under the base sealed with a silicone gasket that is filled with the perfect amount of water. The compartment prevents leaks while steam-cooking warms batter up gently, avoiding the unsightly cracking of a cake's surface while ensuring perfect creamy consistency. The stainless steel spring unlocks to release the finished product cleanly, and both the pan and basin are dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup. 9” pan. (1 1/4 lbs.)
