If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, you may send it back within 30 days for a full refund (less original shipping charges) in accordance with our return policy below.

After 30 days, please refer to the original manufacturer’s warranty for product and service issues.

Return Restrictions

For your safety and the safety of others, the following items may be returned only if unopened and in their original sealed packaging:

• Personal Care Items: This includes massagers, trimmers, pain relievers, and items that come into direct contact with the skin.
• Oral Care Items: This includes flossers, teeth whiteners, and plaque removers.
• Perishable Products: This includes food, health supplements, creams, and lotions.
• Personalized Items: Due to their custom nature, items with personalization (such as names or monograms) cannot be returned.
• Final Sale: These items are not eligible to be returned.

If a return is received and the item(s) were not originally sold or fulfilled by Hammacher Schlemmer, they will be classified as forfeited product. These items are ineligible for refund, exchange, or return shipping and will not be sent back to the sender.
