Return Restrictions

For your safety and the safety of others, the following items may be returned only if unopened and in their original sealed packaging:

• Personal Care Items: This includes massagers, trimmers, pain relievers, and items that come into direct contact with the skin.
• Oral Care Items: This includes flossers, teeth whiteners, and plaque removers.
• Perishable Products: This includes food, health supplements, creams, and lotions.
• Personalized Items: Due to their custom nature, items with personalization (such as names or monograms) cannot be returned.
• Final Sale: These items are not eligible to be returned.
