The 1,000 Degree Fahrenheit Wood Fire Grill

The most powerful portable grill available, this is the wood fire grill that heats to 1,000º F in five minutes for rapid, restaurant-worthy searing. Similar to a jet engine, the grill uses a combustion chamber and an integrated fan to generate cooking temperatures that are nearly 2X hotter than those produced by typical grills. Fuel is provided by maple presswood (3-lbs included) and the temperature is controlled by adjusting the five-speed fan and rate of convection via the LED control panel. The grill is made from durable 304 stainless steel, the 13 1/2"-diameter stainless steel cooking surface accommodates up to 6 N.Y. strip steaks, and the lid allows food to be smoked. Includes a removable elevated rack that allows food to rest 5" above the cooking surface, tongs, grill brush, and a travel bag.
