Product Story
This is the countertop oven that heats to 1,500 degree F to sear steaks or burgers with the same caramelized char and finish previously only available in prime steakhouses. A common practice of well-regarded steakhouses is to first sear a cut of meat and then finish it at a high-temperature infrared broiler just prior to serving. This 1,600-watt oven reproduces the high temperature of an infrared broiler with ceramic heating elements that produce a crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful interior. Its time and temperature is easily adjusted using the oven’s digital display. Includes two dishwasher safe grill plates, resting plate, saucepan, nylon cover, and a handle/bottle opener.
