The 21st Century Ultralight Electricycle

This is the electric bicycle built for the 21st century commuter in-mind, made with a lightweight carbon fiber frame that folds into a backpack for easy travel. Its 240-watt brushless electric motor yields a top speed of 12 mph and enables climbs of up to 15° grade. Its 8"-diam. wheels and tubeless, solid tires are immune to punctures nor require inflation, but provide smooth rolling as well as confident grip on pavement. With adjustable height handlebars and saddle, and three safety lights (front and left/right saddle). Electronic brake button stops motor. Accommodates riders between 59" to 74" tall and up to 220 lbs. A smartphone app locks/unlocks the bike’s accelerator to prevent theft. Built-in 36-volt lithium battery provides a range up to 12 miles (dependent upon speed, rider weight, and terrain) from a three-hour charge with its AC adapter.
