The 28 1/2" long foam-padded bench inclines to four positions, up to 30°, to vary the intensity of abdominal workouts; stitched vinyl upholstery wipes clean easily. Performed from the bench's opposite side, hyper extensions target lower back muscles to improve core muscle strength and flexibility. The bench's frame is constructed of 13-gauge 2" tubular steel, with every joint welded for strength. Its padded support and footrest adjust easily to accommodate most users and its pivoting ankle support keeps your body aligned during workouts.
