The Aquatic Gymnasium

This is the exercise spa that enables up to five people to workout in a soothing, low-impact environment. The spa has two river jets that generate 785 gallons per minute of resistance that people can walk or jog against, toning muscles and soothing sore joints without the strain caused by running on land. Handlebars on the side of the spa allow you to tone legs by swimming in place while and an internal seat enables you to tone arms by “rowing” or other arm movements under water. A study published by The Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research showed that osteoarthritis patients displayed reduced joint pain and improved balance, function, and mobility due to aquatic exercise. The 7'-wide by 4' deep spa enables up to six people to workout together comfortably and the spa’s water currents adjust to different levels for customizing resistance during different routines. It’s integrated heating system provides a perfect temperature for exercising or relaxing in the spa and the four cup holders provide convenient spots for storing after-workout beverages.
