Product Story
This is the foldaway bicycle that incorporates a cable machine for toning the arms. While the recumbent bike provides a joint-friendly cardio workout in a stance that is easier on the back, built-in pulleys for each hand help strengthen and tone the biceps, triceps, and shoulders. The bike and arm workouts can be undertaken simultaneously or separately at eight resistance levels. The bars for the cable machine can be shifted to work different muscles, while a digital monitor tracks pedaling progress. After a workout, the versatile home gym folds to take up a small footprint about the size of a nightstand. Monitor requires two AAA batteries. Sturdy tubular steel frame supports 250 lbs. 52" L x 48" H x 30" W. (42 lbs.)
