Product Story
These weights have a unique L shape that works the triceps and tones the arms while walking. Each 1 1/2-lb. weight is suspended 6" below the hand, a configuration that engages the upper-arm muscles better than weighted wristbands or dumbbells. Swinging the arm in a normal walking motion also strengthens the shoulders, upper back, and core for a full-body, joint-friendly workout. The weights have padded handles for comfort and adjustable hook-and-loop fasteners that secure around the wrists to prevent squeezing and fatiguing hand muscles. Each weight: 8" H x 8" W x 2" D. (3 lbs.)
