The Backyard Flat Top Grill

This is the outdoor flat top grill that brings the temperature consistency, flexibility, and cooking capacity of restaurant flat tops to the backyard. Four gas burners can be set to distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface or set to different temperatures for searing steaks and gently cooking vegetables simultaneously. The flat top is made from 59 lbs. of rolled steel and is preseasoned to create a naturally non-stick cooking surface ideal for delicate foods like pancakes, eggs, or halibut filets. The 720" sq. flat top allows you to cook up to 15 hamburgers, buns, and toppings like onions and mushrooms at once. Two side shelves provide ample room for spatulas and tongs, spices, and serving plates, the front of the grill channels fat to a built-in grease trap, and the ignitor button lights the burners instantly.
