The Best model uses a harmless electrical impulse (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) to obtain readings, a method proven to be more accurate than the body mass index method used by typical scales. It measures and stores body fat percentage, weight, and muscle mass readings for up to eight users, displays dietary and exercise recommendations on the 4" LCD, and automatically shows each person's previous readings when they step on the scale.
