The Carousel Convection Oven

This convection oven has a carousel that rotates food automatically to facilitate even, faster cooking. The carousel accommodates up to a 12" pizza or a 3-lb. roast and its internal fan circulates heat evenly throughout the oven cavity, eliminating hot and cold spots and reducing cooking time by up to 30%. The oven bakes with or without convection or broils and heats from 250º F to 450º F to gently toast bread or sear steaks with a restaurant-worthy crust. The oven also has two removable racks that both accommodate a 12" x 12" baking pan and adjust to three different heights. It has a digital control panel and sets up unobtrusively on a countertop. The carousel can be turned off and removed from the oven. Includes a baking pan and a removable drip tray. Non-stick interior and stainless steel exterior. 18 1/2" L x 12" W x 9 1/2" D. (17 lbs.)
