Product Story
This is the cast iron pan with a custom-shape that holds a dozen half-shell or shucked oysters. Its 12 depressions secure oysters when cooking, preventing the shellfish from sliding while helping contain their natural flavor. The pan is naturally non-stick and its ability to prevent food from adhering to the surface only improves with seasoning. Pre-seasoned, 100% cast iron. Hand wash. 13 1/4" L x 19 1/4" W x 2" D. (9 1/2 lbs.)
