Ideal for cooking on a campfire, grill, electric stovetop, or gas burner, this is the indoor/outdoor smoker that can be used over any heat source. Made from professional grade stainless steel, it infuses your favorite meat, seafood, poultry, or vegetables with flavor-enhancing smoke. It’s comprised of three parts—the pan that holds the smoke chips, the rack that secures the food, and the sliding cover that traps the smoke inside the chamber. Its handles remain cool to the touch while the inside of the smoker maintains an average temperature of 375º F. Includes three pints of smoke chips. Dishwasher safe. 15" L x 11" W x 3 1/2" D.
