The Children's Balancing Obstacle Course

This is the obstacle course that helps to develop a child's balance, coordination, and confidence. Constructed from heavy duty plastic, this modular course is made up of two 4"-high and three 9 1/2"-high circular risers, a 23" triangle, and five 28 1/2"-long x 5"-wide planks that allow you to configure courses to suit a child's ability. Supporting a total weight of 215 lbs., the planks have hooked edges that dovetail easily and securely with the risers' curved recessed terraces without tools. Creating walking surfaces elevated 4" to 9 1/2" off the ground, each plank spans the gap between the differently sized risers, allowing you to create "uphill" or "downhill" challenges ranging from flat 4"-high cakewalks to gentle 4"-6" confidence builders or 4"-9 1/2" slopes. Braced on all sides by planks, the triangle connects to three risers at each point to provide a wide, easy walking platform for younger children or a transition to more difficult traverses. Risers stack for easy storage and have rubber bottoms that prevent slipping. Ages 5 and up. Typical course requires 8' x 8' set-up space. (10 lbs.)
