Recalling the monocoque scooters that have graced the streets of Europe for 75 years, this is the European styled children's electric scooter that accelerates up to 15 mph. The ride-on scooter has the step-through frame, flat floorboard, and extended side view mirrors that distinguished the originals. A 250-watt electric motor propels the scooter for up to 30 minutes of continuous use on a 12-hour charge. Two 16" pneumatic tires provide a smooth, stable ride. Twisting the handlebar throttle initiates smooth acceleration and squeezing the hand brake provides reliable stops. An FM stereo with two 4-watt, full-range speakers and an iPod dock allow children to listen to their music as they cruise. The scooter has a storage compartment under the seat .
