This is the fondue fountain that sends melted chocolate cascading down its two tiers, turning dessert into entertainment. A crowd-pleaser at banquets and buffets, this home version animates traditional chocolate fondue by inviting guests to dip fruit, cheese, pretzels, and other snacks into the rippling streams. The stainless steel basin holds up to two lbs. of melted milk or dark chocolate (a high cocoa content works best), and an integrated heater maintains the perfect silky consistency as the central auger transports chocolate to the top of the fountain and sends it flowing down the sides. The device disassembles for simple cleanup, and the auger, tower, and basin are dishwasher-safe. Plugs into AC. 12 3/4" H x 7 1/4" W x 7 1/2" D. (2 3/4 lbs.)
