Product Story
Evoking the classic runner sleds of yesteryear, this is the 60"-long ashwood racer made by Flexible Flyer, a 160-year-old sled manufacturer. Ideal for racing over freshly fallen snow drifts or maneuvering down a hard-packed sledding hill, its smooth sanded birch planks and three knee rests accommodate children and adults of varying heights up to 400 lbs. The sled’s powder coated steel runners provide smooth gliding while the front steering bar enables precise handling with your feet when seated or with your hands while in a prone position. The steering bar also has a pair of pre-drilled holes for attaching a rope (not included) for towing the sled uphill or pulling a little one along a backyard tundra. Ages 5 and up. 60" L x 20 1/2" W x 6 1/2" H. (14 lbs.)
