These are the colossal caramel apples handmade in Savannah, Georgia from a generations-old family recipe. These enormous, hand-selected Granny Smith apples are blanketed with homemade, buttery caramel stirred by hand in authentic copper kettles. After they are rolled in fresh Georgia pecan pieces, the apples are double-dipped in silky milk chocolate to create an irresistible blend of crunchy tartness and chocolaty sweetness. This caramel apple’s size makes it ideal for slicing into pieces for sharing, assuming one can muster the willpower to keep from devouring it all on sight.
