This is the cordless device that can be placed anywhere in a home or garage to deter rodents with an ultrasonic frequency that is inaudible to humans. Without treacherous traps, this compact repeller helps drive away mice and rats by emitting 88-decibel tones that are harsh and unfriendly to rodents yet beyond human hearing. Unlike similar devices that emit only a single frequency, to which wily rodents are apt to adjust, this device varies its wail between 25 kHz and 32 kHz, preventing critters from adapting and creating an inhospitable environment for nests.
