The Hydrocycle (Single Rider)

This is the watercraft that makes traversing on water as easy as riding a bicycle. A rider's pedalling spins a 12" propeller that drives the hydrocycle smoothly on rivers, lakes, or oceans at 4-6 mph--as fast as paddling a canoe or kayak--while requiring minimal effort. The watercraft's seamless polyethylene pontoons were developed by a professional canoe designer for optimum buoyancy, speed, and stability. The hydrocycle operates in less than a foot of water and can even handle 3' ocean swells. The hydrocycle's handlebars are attached to a rudder that provides steering as you pedal. The drive train is sealed to provide protection even in salt water. The 17" powder-coated aluminum frame has a quick release seat clamp that adjusts seat height. A storage compartment with cup holder prevents gear from becoming waterlogged. The watercraft quickly disassembles without tools for transport in most minivans or SUVs.
