The Mickey Mouse Cuckoo Clock

This is the wooden cuckoo clock with a three-dimensional figurine and handpainted images of Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse. The clock face has a portrait of Mickey, complete with his iconic round ears, red shorts, and yellow shoes. His limber black arms and trademark yellow gloves serve as the hour and minute hands, marking time with accurate quartz movement. The bottom panel of the wood-finished, chalet-style cabinet captures colorful stills of animated Mickey in action, including his role as an epaulet-wearing conductor in the 1935 short The Band Concert and his flute duet with pianist Minnie Mouse in 1932's The Wayward Canary. The cabinet roof is topped with a resin sculpture depicting Mickey with a fountain pen and bottle of ink, contemplating a murine missive.
