This is the patented device with a 10' reach that changes upright and inverted chandelier bulbs. Its three sections connect together easily to form a geared drive shaft. A soft silicon rubber collar at the tip of the PVC pole uses firm friction to grasp chandelier bulbs; twisting the pole’s handle in either direction screws/unscrews a bulb into/out of a socket; using the included bulb skirt prevents broken bulbs. The collar assembly can also be switched to remove/install inverted bulbs. 10' L. (4 lbs.)
