The Electric Step-Through Comfort Bicycle

This is the electric bicycle designed to take riders on extended tours in unequaled comfort with a step-through frame that allows easy mounting and dismounting. A 500-watt electric motor assists riders up hills or across broad flats for easy cruising. Riders float on a generously padded triangle seat and 26" balloon tires for a soft yet stable journey. The padded wrap-around handlebars reach back to riders for relaxed, upright riding, keeping the arms, back, and neck aligned for optimal comfort. A twist of the right handlebar controls the motor's variable speed while a push of the thumb changes the six gears. Speeds up to 20 mph are achieved with the motor only; pedaling will increase speed further. A full charge of its detachable 36-volt lithium battery provides up to 30 miles of coasting (depending upon rider weight and terrain). Front discs and a rear hub provide confident braking.
