This is the ring swinging game based on a centuries-old pastime believed to have first originated in England's public houses. Also known as Wallhooky or Ringing the Bull, this modern version challenges four players to snag a hook by swinging a string with a ring attached on its end. Deceptively simple, players race to be the first to achieve a successful "hook," requiring concentration to achieve the proper release angle. The game's four spars collapse against the central column (which also collapses) for portability and storage. Set-up 24" H x 24" diameter; collapsed 16" H x 6" diameter. (2 3/4 lbs.)
