Product Story
This is the thawing tray that safely defrosts meat up to 50% faster than traditional methods. It operates without batteries, harsh chemicals, or an external power source for an quick, even thaw on the countertop using premium aluminum alloy that draws ambient warmth to the surface for a process that is more sterile than soaking in cold water and gentler than microwaving. The reverse side of the tray functions as a polypropylene (food-safe plastic) cutting board with a juice groove and rubber edges. The board side also contains a ceramic knife sharpener and zester. Black or Red. Overall 14 1/2" W x 10" L x 3/4" D. (1 1/2 lbs.)
