This is the set of high-quality essential kitchen tools made in France by the cutlery experts at Jean Dubost. Sought by professionals for over 100 years, Dubost knives were originally provided to the famous knife-making center of Thiers in the 1920s. Today they are regarded as essential for any kitchen. Each of these three tools use 1.2mm-thick stainless steel blades with half tangs secured by stainless steel rivets in varnished olivewood handles. Set includes a micro-serrated vegetable knife, paring knife, and peeler.
