The Genuine Applewood Smoked Spiral Cut Ham. 3-4 lbs

This is the original smoked ham from the famous Nueske family farm in Wittenberg, Wisconsin, producers of fine meats since 1933. Unlike other hams that are only smoked for 8 hours, this spiral cut boneless ham is cured for a full 24 hours, then smoked for 20 to 24 hours over real applewood for a delicious, succulent taste sweetened with a honey glaze. The ham is hand-trimmed of excess fat and is naturally low in salt. There is no water added, eliminating artificial juiciness, and the spiral cut makes it easy to carve robust, ruddy slices. The three-to-four pound ham is ready to serve at room temperature, or can be warmed in an oven, yet preparation time is minimal. Serves 6 to 8 people.
