The press holds enough dough for up to 25 cookies and simply squeezing the handle forces the dough through one of the 20 included dies that form classic Italian cookies. The aluminum dies allow you to quickly make Italian wedding cookies, heart-shaped, or the classic spiral butter cookies with a cherry on top. A dial on top of the press adjusts the thickness of cookies.
