The Giant Four-Across Game

This is the giant four-across game, nearly 3' wide, that sits in a yard or on a patio, and allows two players to try to connect four of their pieces without being thwarted by an opponent. Made in Germany, the solid beech frame is sanded smooth, and oiled in a non-toxic finish that will not fade with repeated outdoor use. The slot for each column is crafted with precision to allow the large 3" diam. birch playing discs to slide into the frame easily. When a game is over, the pieces are released by a lever into a 100% cotton catch-cloth. The pieces come in two colors (red and white) and are painted in high-gloss varnish. Ages 5 and up.
