The Illuminated Walking Stick

This is the walking stick that illuminates a path while providing sturdy support. The stick's ergonomic handle houses a 5-LED flashlight pitched at an angle that provides an ample cone of light to illuminate sidewalks, steps, and paths. Four red flashing warning lights can be activated by simply sliding a lever on the handle; another push of the lever activates an emergency siren from the handle's built-in speaker to beckon assistance. The shaft is made from sturdy, lightweight aluminum and the handle from rugged ABS; two twist collars provide length adjustment from a fully collapsed and storage-ready 26" to its full 53 1/2" length. A spring built into the shaft minimizes jarring; the rubber tip maintains a stout grip on hard surfaces. Requires three AAA batteries. (12 oz.)
