Product Story
This is the indoor smoker that works on electric, gas, and induction stovetops. Ideal for use when smoking on a grill isn’t an option, it infuses brisket, ribs, chicken, or vegetables with flavorful smoke as they cook. It has an integrated thermometer and a coated steel interior that maintains an average temperature of 400º F. The smoker’s bottom chamber holds your preferred smoking chips and can be refilled as needed via its drip tray opening. Silicone grips ensure a firm grasp and help keep the handles cool to the touch. Includes one 5 oz. canister of hickory smoking chips. Black. 15 1/2" L x 12 3/4" W x 9 3/4" D. (6 3/4 lbs.)
