Used at bars and health clubs, this industrial blender has a 900-watt motor and industrial-strength stainless steel blades that crush and liquefy in seconds, with speeds from 500 RPMs for chopping to 20,000 RPMs for fast pulverization. This blender's speed--twice as fast as a sports car's top RPMs--is easily adjusted with an infinitely variable speed knob, unlike the limited preset speeds of traditional blenders. Its speed and durability also allow it to grind coffee beans, nuts, and seeds, in addition to ice and other tough items. The brushed-metal finish resists fingerprinting and scratching, and the 1 3/4-liter polycarbonate pitcher is dishwasher safe. Includes a tamper stick for stirring smoothies and other thick drinks, as well as a funnel cone for adding additional ingredients. Plugs into AC via a 3-foot power cord.
