The Kamado Style Ceramic Grill

This is the ceramic kamado grill that evenly cooks food via radiant heat. Unlike metal grills that allow heat to escape through the walls, the kamado’s ceramic construction retains virtually all of the internal heat—reducing cooking times and the use of lump charcoal. An included deflector enables one to use the grill as a smoker or roaster and can also be used as a pizza stone. The 18" diameter grill has a two-tier stainless steel cooking grate that provides up to 400" sq. of cooking space. With dual vents for optimal cooking control and an exterior temperature gauge that provides precise readings. Includes two bamboo drop down shelves, electric starter, grill cover, five-piece tool kit, instant read thermometer, meat claw shredder, silicone grill gloves, and a mobile cart with locking casters.
