The LED Art Canvas

This is the art set that lets children create colorful images using LEDs inserted into a reactive "canvas." When any one of the set's 200 multicolored LEDs are inserted into the surface using the included insertion tool, the LED completes the circuit and glows. Once a piece of art is created, the LEDs can be set to remain solid or flash. Three LED light strings are also included (2', 4' and 6' long) for creating unbroken segments of light that can form sailboats, waves, trees, or anything a child can imagine. The set includes background templates: racecar, orbiting spacecraft, bald eagle, fantasy forest, city street, and a jazz club; the workspace will accommodate any piece of paper as a background for unlimited creativity. The rubber surface protects a safe electric grid beneath that is inaccessible to children. Includes both an AC and DC adapter for power. Ages 8 and up. 8" W x 11" D x 2" H. (4 1/2 lbs.)
