The Millennium Countdown Clock

Unlike other millennium countdown clocks, this model not only counts down the time remaining until the millennium, but can also be reset to do the same for your own special events like weddings, anniversaries, retirements or birthdays. A Hammacher Schlemmer catalog exclusive, the clock is designed by J. Sewill Ltd of Liverpool, which was established in 1800, and in 1867 earned the title of chronometer, watch and nautical instrument maker to The Right Honourable Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty. Preset to count down to the year 2000, the clock's digital display details the hours, minutes and seconds remaining until the selected day. A push of a button briefly reveals the year, month and day. Made in Germany, it has two independent quartz movements: one for the conventional Roman numeral analog dial and one for the digital countdown timer.
